Why I did this...
My name is Kerry Lauricella.
Many years ago... I built my home in Barataria with the intention of STAYING here for the rest of my life. The main reason was the people... the fishermen... and the folks that operated the big and small shrimp boats. They all treated me great.
Over the years, I've seen my FRIENDS, the shrimper fishermen taking a whipping financially. They are getting killed at the dock and are trying to sell their "product" direct, which is a good idea. I thought I would give them a hand by GIVING them an easy way to let customers know how to easily find them when they need FRESH SHRIMP... "Right off the Boat".
So... I bought www.BuyLocalShrimp.com and personally developed this site for them ALL.
Consider this a "Thank You" for being friendly to me and treating me and my family... like "FAMILY"
